How to buy a voucher?

Dial *483*18#, select buy option, enter amount, then enter your M-Pesa pin

How do I send a voucher?

To send a gift voucher to your friends and loved ones, Check if you have voucher, then send the voucher to the contact of the recipient by dialing *483*18#

How does bulk disbursement work?

Visit https://giftpesa.com/app/login and create a corporate account. This account enables bulk buying and bulk disbursement.

Is there a limit for buying and sending on Corporate account?

What about buying limit on the personal account (*483*18#)?

YES, you will only be allowed to the maximum daily Limit of your mobile money provider.

How do I use my giftpesa eVoucher?

Visit any of our redemption partners, select your preferred gift, and then pay using your eVoucher. To pay using eVoucher, dial *483*18#, select redeem, then enter outlet Till Number and the amount.

Can I redeem the giftpesa evoucher partially?

How do I check my giftpesa evoucher balance?

To check your balance, dial *483*18# your balance will appear on top of the dialog box.

What is the validity period of the voucher?

The voucher is valid for 12 months.

What happens after 12 Months?
